How to Grow Green Pea Microgreens – Step-by-Step Instructions

Growing your own microgreens is easy and gives quick results. Follow these steps for a successful harvest:

1. Prepare seeds (Soaking phase)

Soak the seeds in a bowl of water for 4-12 hours. This helps in a fast and even germination.

2. Sowing in a growing tray

• Use a tray with holes and a 2 cm layer of fine potting soil.
• Sow 80-100 grams of peas per 1010" tray (25x25 cm) or 180-200 grams per 1020" tray (25x50 cm).

3. Germination phase (Dark period, 2-3 days)

6. Harvesting and storing
