Growing tips

Sow the seeds densely on a moist layer of coconut fiber or potting soil about 2 cm deep. Press lightly and mist with a plant sprayer.
Then place a dark tray or lid on top to block light and encourage root growth. Keep the substrate moist, but not wet.

After 2–3 days, the seedlings will push up the top trayβ€”then it's time to move them to the light. Water daily from the bottom of the tray to prevent mold. Harvest after 6–8 days, once the seedlings are 5–8 cm tall.

BREEDING IN BRIEF

Day 1: Sowing and resting

Sprinkle the seeds evenly over the moist substrate and cover with a second tray. For the first few days, keep the seeds dark and moist, allowing them to develop strong roots and a firm base. The tray is slightly removed in the image to visualize the germination.

Day 3–4: Into the Light – Growth Begins

After a few days, the sprouts will push the lid upwards. Place the tray in the light (lamp or windowsill) and water daily. In no time, the plants will turn a vibrant green and grow upwards rapidly.

Day 7–9: Harvest & Enjoy

After a few days, the sprouts will push the lid upwards. Place the tray in the light (lamp or windowsill) and water daily. In no time, the plants will turn a vibrant green and grow upwards rapidly.
