How to grow your own sprouts step by step
- Fill your tray with a thin layer of substrate.
- Spread the seeds evenly over the surface.
- Spray gently with water (for example with a plant sprayer).
- Cover the tray with a lid or plate for the first 2-3 days (dark and humid).
- Then place the tray in a light place .
- Continue watering daily and harvest after 5 to 10 days.
