Growing tips

Arugula is alight germinator– The seeds don't need to be covered. Sow them densely on a moist substrate such as coconut fiber, press lightly, and mist with a fine-mesh plant sprayer. Cover the tray with a dark tray or plastic wrap to encourage germination.
After 2–3 days, the first shoots will appear: place the tray in a bright spot. Water daily from below to prevent mold. After 7–10 days, you can harvest by cutting the microgreens just above the substrate.

BREEDING IN BRIEF

Day 1: Sowing and resting

Sprinkle the seeds evenly over the moist substrate and cover with a second tray. For the first few days, keep the seeds dark and moist, allowing them to develop strong roots and a firm base. The tray is slightly removed in the image to visualize the germination.

Day 3–4: Into the Light – Growth Begins

After a few days, the sprouts will push the lid upwards. Place the tray in the light (lamp or windowsill) and water daily. In no time, the plants will turn a vibrant green and grow upwards rapidly.

Day 7–9: Harvest & Enjoy

After a few days, the sprouts will push the lid upwards. Place the tray in the light (lamp or windowsill) and water daily. In no time, the plants will turn a vibrant green and grow upwards rapidly.

Grow it yourself!

In the dark, microgreens germinate and search for light, once they find it, they turn green and full of nutrients.
